Why do I have to register to download a CAD file?

All those who require Camatic Seating CAD files must fill out a registry form. At Camatic we are very proud of our intellectual property and must protect it from those would not use it for the intended purpose. We require all parties who wish to download sensitive CAD files to fill out a form so we can track the legitimacy of use as well as future contacts. We appreciate your cooperation

How can I save an image from your website?

Images gallery contain Camatic Seating protected products and projects photography and renderings assets. The images can be only viewed but not downloaded or e-mailed. If you would like to receive a low-resolution of products and projects photography or renderings assets, please Contact Us.

How do I find a specific product or project information?

There are two ways to find a product or project information. One is to perform a “Keyword Search”. The second is to browse All Products or Case Studies & Projects by clicking the main menu on the right-hand side of Camatic Seating website.  Selecting one will take you to a search results page with the product or project associated.

How can I buy Camatic Seating Products?

By filling out the form at the bottom of our Contact Us page, one of our regional sales representatives will contact you within 24 hours in regards to your inquiry.

How can I order spare parts for my Camatic seats?

Camatic Seating provides a wide range of spare parts available for fast replacement in the unlikely event of damage or failure. You can contact your regional sales specialist or give us a call and we’ll get you in touch with your account manager. In the event that your product is discontinued, we will help you find the best solution.

Can Camatic Seating install the seats for us?

Yes. Camatic has in-house and contractor installation partners around the world that are trained in our precise installation requirements. Our installers work closely with our project management team to ensure all work is completed on time and to Camatic’s high-quality expectations. Are website images accurate for colour and scale?

Please note the flat shots on our website are intended as a visual representation only. Designs are not 100% in scale.

How can I request a brochure?

PDF copies are available on our individual product pages and Architecture Resources for ease of downloading. For a complete set, please contact us via filling out the form or call your nearest Camatic Seating office.

Do you take custom orders?

Camatic has both custom and in-stock designs to accommodate different needs and customer requirements. If you desire further customization to one of our seats, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Is there a standard range of fabric, leather and plastic (polypropylene) colours?

Camatic does have a diverse range of standard colours for each of its customisable swatches. To see our standard range please visit the product page you are interested in and go to “MATERIAL & FABRICS OPTIONS”. In there you will be able to find a wide range of standardised colours.
